Effect of 10 μM diphenyleneiodonium (DPI; NADPH oxidase inhibitor), 100 nM wortmannin (PI3K inhibitor) and 200 nM Gö 6983 (protein kinase C (PKC) inhibitor) on the NADPH oxidase activation mediated by (a) 3 mg · mL−1 HSA 50xHOCl, (b) 3 mg · mL−1 IgG 150xHOCl and (c) 0.2 µM PMA was tested.
