Abstract

We present a case of primary cardiac lymphoma (PCL) that masqueraded as acute myocardial infarction with typical symptoms, electrocardiogram (ECG) changes, and raised troponin T levels. This case throws light on a rare cardiac tumor with varied presentation, underlining the need for a high index of suspicion. Copyright © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
