Induced apoptosis and autophagy of OS cells through mTOR pathway. (A,B) Expression of PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway proteins were analyzed by Western blot. Cells were treated with DADs for 24 h. (C) Cell viability was detected by CCK8 24 h after DADs treatment (0, 60, and 100 μM). (n = 3). (D,E) Cells were pretreated with rapamycin (mTOR inhibitor) and then incubated with 100 μM DADs for 24 h. Western blot analyses were used to determine the levels of autophagy-related proteins (LC3-II/LC-3-I and p62), apoptosis-related proteins (caspase-3, Bax, and Bcl-2) and p-mTOR.
