Primary lung macrophages isolated from BAL fluid were plated and allowed to equilibrate in vitro for 16 h. OCR was measured via a two-fluorophore sensor cartridge via the Seahorse Mito Stress assay. Data are pooled from six to eight wells per experiment, with lung macrophages from three separate donors. Values were normalized to percent RUL OCR. ***p < 0.001 by unpaired Student t test.
