Correction for Wu et al., The Neural Correlates of Subjective Utility of Monetary Outcome and Probability Weight in Economic and in Motor Decision under Risk

PMCID: PMC6703322

In the article “The Neural Correlates of Subjective Utility of Monetary Outcome and Probability Weight in Economic and in Motor Decision under Risk,” by Shih-Wei Wu, Mauricio R. Delgado, and Laurence T. Maloney, which appeared on pages 8822–8831 of the June 15, 2011 issue, incorrect symbols were published in the first paragraph of the results (page 8826). The last two sentences of that paragraph should read as follows: “The black thick curve in Figure 3A represents the median weighting function in the classical task (γ = 0.8274). Conversely, in the motor lottery task, subjects tended to underweight small probabilities and overweight moderate-to-large probabilities, with the black thick curve in Figure 3B representing the median weighting function (γ = 1.3315).”
