(A ) Concentration dependent increases in flare area after intradermal injection of several concentrations of 48–80, morphine or DMT-DALDA in anesthetized dogs. Regression analysis of log data indicated all slopes were statistically significant ( (p < 0.0001) and not different from each other (p>0.05). Concentrations of the three drugs producing a fixed flare effect were determined and found to have overlapping 95% confidence intervals, e.g. were not different.
