In Figure 1, SDS-PAGE gel and western immunoblot lanes were assembled using multiple SDS-PAGE gels/western immunoblots, with no delineations between where different SDS-PAGE gels/western immunoblots or different lanes from the same SDS-PAGE gels/western immunoblots were used. To correct this issue, the original image data acquired as part of the study was employed to reconstruct Figure 1 with the proper delineations. The corrected Figure 1 now clearly delineates where differences in SDS-PAGE gels/western immunoblots exist. Furthermore, during Figure 1A assembly of the co-immunoprecipitation flow-through (co-IP F/T) of COS7 ‘control’ and ‘depodded’ lanes seems to have been duplicated. As part of our complete reconstruction of Figure 1 (outlined above), a corrected Figure 1A containing the corresponding co-IP F/Ts for both ‘control’ and ‘depodded’ samples was assembled. Similarly, this was undertaken using original image data collected as part of this study.
Fig. 1.
In Figure 3C, a western immunoblot lane of unknown origin was mistakenly introduced as the ‘Gly’ eluate during Figure 3 assembly. A new Figure 3C was constructed using an original anti-BTPC-IgG immunoblot image obtained as part of this study where the ‘GEB’ and ‘Gly’ eluates were adjacent to each other. This corrective action was taken in conjunction with a complete reconstruction of Figure 3 from original image data obtained as part of this study to ensure continuity in image processing and presentation so that readers can easily compare lanes across the figure.

No changes to the corresponding Figures 1 or 3 legends were made. The described corrections have no impact on the findings and/or conclusions of this study.
