Erratum

PMCID: PMC6757761

In the article “Functional Asymmetries in ON and OFF Ganglion Cells of Primate Retina,” by E. J. Chichilnisky and Rachel S. Kalmar, which appeared on pages 2737–2747 of the April 1, 2002 issue, a printer's error was discovered in the second paragraph of Materials and Methods. The third sentence of this paragraph should read “Thus a location X mm nasal and Y mm superior (or inferior) to the fovea was assigned an equivalent eccentricity of (0.61X)2+Y2.

In the article “Reversible Translocation and Activity-Dependent Localization of the Calcium–Myristoyl Switch Protein VILIP-1 to Different Membrane Compartments in Living Hippocampal Neurons,” by Christina Spilker, Thomas Dresbach, and Karl-Heinz Braunewell, which appeared on pages 7331–7339 of the September 1, 2002 issue, a spelling error was discovered in the first sentence of the abstract and also in the introductory remarks (in the third sentence of the third paragraph). In both instances, “EI-hand” should have read “EF-hand.”
