Activities (means ± SD, n = 4) of SOD (a), POD (b), and CAT (c) in leaves of sweet sorghum under different NaCl addition levels. The white and green columns represent non-AM inoculation and inoculation with Acaulospora mellea ZZ, respectively. Different letters above the bars indicate significant differences among different treatments of the same cultivar using a one-way ANOVA followed by the Tukey’s multiple range test (p < 0.05). Two-way ANOVA results are shown in Table 1. No fresh leaves of Yajin2 were sampled because of serious chlorosis at 3 g/kg NaCl addition level, and, thus, no enzyme activity was detected.
