In the clinical practice guidelines published in the May 2019 issue of Canadian Family Physician, “Managing opioid use disorder in primary care. PEER simplified guideline,”1 an error was inadvertently introduced. The scoring on the last line of the Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale in Figure 2 (“Gooseflesh Skin”) was not accurate. The online version has been corrected. The authors apologize for the error.
