In “Ebola virus epidemiology and evolution in Nigeria“ by Folarin et al [J Infect Dis 2016; 214(suppl 3): S102–9], the first sentence in the Data Analysis section incorrecly listed “6 SNPs” rather than “4 SNPs”. The correct sentence is: As noted in the Discussion, new single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were observed to be clustered, with 4 SNPs appearing in 1 sample, 2 in another, and none in the remaining 9 samples.
The authors regret this error.
