Representative results of ELISA analysis with novel anti-IL-26 mAbs.
Immobilized recombinant human IL-26 (rhIL-26) (a) or IL-10 (rhIL-10) (b) was incubated with purified novel mouse anti-human IL-26 mAb (2–2, 20–3, 31–4 or 69–10) or commercial mouse anti-human IL-26 mAb (R&D Systems). The absorbance at 450 nm/570 nm was measured. Representative data of three independent experiments are shown as mean ± S.D. of triplicate samples, and similar results were obtained in each experiment.
