In the above article the second equation on page three was incorrectly published as follows:

$$\text{MFR}(F,W;H):={\sum }_{i=1}^m{w}_i\underset{k=1}{\overset{p}{\min }}\delta \simeq (f_i,h_k),$$

This has now been corrected to read as follows:

$$\text{EC}(F,W;H):={\sum }_{i=1}^m{w}_i\underset{k=1}{\overset{p}{\min }}\delta \simeq (f_i,h_k),$$

The author apologises for the error.
