The January 20, 2019, article by de Haas et al entitled “Initial Diagnostic Work-Up of Acute Leukemia: ASCO Clinical Practice Guideline Endorsement of the College of American Pathologists and American Society of Hematology Guideline” (Journal of Clinical Oncology 37:239-253, 2019) was published with an error.
In the Author List, a co-author’s name was spelled Dipti Patel-Donelly. It should have been spelled Dipti Patel-Donnelly.
This has been corrected as of February 5, 2019. The authors apologize for the error.
