Erratum to: Temporal patterns of sitting at work are associated with neck–shoulder pain in blue-collar workers: a cross-sectional analysis of accelerometer data in the DPHACTO study

Erratum to: Int Arch Occup Environ Health (2016) 89: 823–833 DOI 10.1007/s00420-016-1123-9

In the original publication, the direction of the response scale for lifting and carrying at work was inaccurately described in the method section (page 826, paragraph “assessment of possible confounders”). The accurate description of the scale should read: “ranging from 1 (“almost all the time”) to 6 (“never”)”.

This will not affect any part of the results, discussion or conclusion of the paper.
