In the original publication, Table 1, was incorrectly published.

Following correction should be noted:

Table 1, first column, last row the text was incorrectly published as "Zohydro® ER (oxycodone ER)" instead of "Zohydro® ER (hydrocodone ER)". The corrected Table 1 is given below.
