Erratum to: J Occup Rehabil (2016) 26:448–464 DOI 10.1007/s10926-016-9677-7

In the original version of the article, there were errors in the citing and labeling of implementation models referenced in the article text and shown in the tables and figures. The following changes are necessary to correct these errors:

Under the heading “Four phases of implementation” (p. 451), the first sentence should read: “The phases of implementation in the EPIS model and possible contributions…”

The caption under Fig. 1 (p. 452) should read: “Conceptual model of key factors in the implementation model by Aarons et al. [47]”.

The heading “Utility of the CFIR model” (p. 452) should be changed to: “Utility of the EPIS model”. Also, the first paragraph under this heading should state “the EPIS model” rather than “the CFIR model”.

The caption under Fig. 2 (p. 453) should read: “Detailed description of EPIS model components [47]”.

The title of Table 1 (p. 454) should reference “the EPIS conceptual framework” and not “the CFIR conceptual framework”.

The heading “From abstraction to reality: A case study using the CFIR” (p. 458) should be changed to “From abstraction to reality: A case study using the EPIS”.

These errors have been corrected with this erratum.
