Corrigendum to: “An Upper Limit on the Functional Fraction of the Human Genome”

In equation (3), the author inadvertently omitted a “2.” The correct equations is as below:

$$\overline{w}={\left(1-2{\overline{\mu }}_{\mathit{del}}\right)}^n$$

where $\overline{w}$ is the mean fitness of the population ${\overline{\mu }}_{\mathit{del}}$, is the mean deleterious mutation rate per functional nucleotide site per generation, and n is the number of functional nucleotide sites in the genome.

The correct Table 1 is shown below.
