Results of the Canonical Analysis of Principal coordinates (CAP) testing the contribution of sediment (TOM%, sand content), water salinity and concentrations of trace metals in sediments (As, Fe, Pb) to the multivariate distribution of meiofaunal (eDNA) assemblages in the samples from Rio Doce estuary.
