Monitored using a coupled enzyme assay by following the oxidation of NADH at 30°C in 50 mM HEPES/K+ buffer with 100 mM KCl, pH 7.4.
Saturation of 11 could not be obtained, so the data was fit to a line with the slope of the line equal to kcat/Km.
