Expression of Concern: Dysregulation of Claudin-5 in HIV-induced Interstitial Pneumonitis and Lung Vascular Injury: Protective Role of PPAR-γ

After initial acceptance by AJRCCM and posting to PubMed, issues were identified regarding gel images supplied in this manuscript. Accordingly, the authors were requested to provide clarification. To correct these problems, the manuscript underwent further revisions, which included a change in authorship and modifications to the figures and text. The revised version of the article was then accepted by the Journal, and the expression of concern has been removed.
