Stability of biotin label and CD62P expression of stored bioPLT. BioPLT were returned to the retained fraction of the original PC, to enhance storage conditions (n = 3). (A) The percentage of biotinylated PLTs remained stable throughout 7 days of storage. (means, 12.6% on Day 1 and 13.0% on Day 7). (B) CD62P expression was assessed in unstimulated PLTs (red), after stimulation with ADP (blue) and TRAP (green).
