Abdominal X-ray of a 6-day-old term female baby with birth weight of 1580 g (consanguineous marriage) showing features of intestinal obstruction [Figure 1]. Intraoperatively, type IV jejunal atresia with diffuse small intestinal diverticulosis (interdiverticular distance of 1–2 cm) from duodenojejunal junction to ileocolic junction was found [Figures 1 and 2].
