Effects of FNIII8c-10 on PDGF-induced calcium release and phosphoinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) activity. (A) FN-null MEFs were seeded on collagen-coated wells (A, 1.1 × 105 cells/cm2; B and C, 6 × 104 cells/cm2) and allowed to adhere for 4 h.
