In Table 2 on page 58, the HR2† (95% CI) value of the circulatory diseases mortality under the column heading, Skipping breakfast§ for women, should be “1.19 (0.71–2.00)” instead of “1.19 (0.71–1.05).” The counterpart under the column heading, P value for women, should be “0.4962” instead of “0.1828.”
