Cytotoxic effects of CPP peptide and peptide‐pDNA complex. Various concentrations of CPP peptide ((BP100)2K8) ranging from 0.001 to 0.5 g/L were added to R. sulfidophilum cell cultures and incubated for 30 min at room temperature. The 1 μg of plasmid DNA was mixed with different concentrations of CPP peptides (0, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05 and 0.1 g/L) and incubated at room temperature for 10 min.
