Western blot analysis of a rabbit polyclonal anti-ABHD14B antibody tested against (A) varying amounts (0.01 – 1 μg) of recombinantly purified WT and S111A human ABHD14B; (B) soluble proteomes of different human cell lines; and (C) soluble proteomes of different mouse tissues. The western blots reported in (B) and (C), show selective detection of endogenous mammalian ABHD14B in cells and tissues respectively. All western blot experiments were done three independent times with reproducible results each time.
