Either low or high concentrations of 15d-PGJ2 impair the learning ability of APP/PS1 mice. APP/PS1 mice at the age of 3 months were intranasally treated with 15d-PGJ2 at a concentration of 20 ng/20 μl/day or 1000 ng/20 μl/day for 3 months. The brains were collected after anesthetization. (A) The brains were then stained with an Aβ antibody before analysis by microscopy.
