Effects of FC-77 pre-treatment on pulmonary hypertension and the pulmonary vasculature filtration coefficient (K f). a Ischemia–reperfusion (IR) caused a significant increase in pulmonary arterial pressure (ΔPAP). Pretreatment with 1 % FC-77 significantly attenuated the increase in PAP after IR. b IR significantly increased K f compared with that at baseline, although K f did not change after 120 min of perfusion in the control group.
