PMCID: PMC7104397  PMID: 32179674

BIOCHEMISTRY Correction for “Structural elements regulating the photochromicity in a cyanobacteriochrome,” by Xiuling Xu, Astrid Port, Christian Wiebeler, Kai-Hong Zhao, Igor Schapiro, and Wolfgang Gärtner, which was first published January 21, 2020; 10.1073/pnas.1910208117 (Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 117, 2432–2440).

The authors note that the author name Astrid Port should instead appear as Astrid Höppner. The sole affiliation for Astrid Höppner should appear as Center for Structural Studies, Heinrich Heine University, D-40225 Düsseldorf, Germany. The footnotes for Astrid Höppner appeared incorrectly. This author’s sole footnote should be: 1X.X. and A.H. contributed equally to this work. Due to a printer’s error, the affiliation for Wolfgang Gärtner appeared incorrectly. It should instead appear as Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion, D-45470 Mülheim, Germany.

The corrected author and affiliation lines appear below. The online version has been corrected.
