J Infect Dis 2016; 214:712–21), affiliation 2 for Abdulaziz Bin Saeed should read “Department of Family and Community Medicine, College of Medicine, King Saud University” (not “Department of Family and Community Medicine, King Saud Medical City”). The authors regret this error.
