FcRn and CD55 Soluble Protein Expression and Purification, Related to Figure 3
(A) FcRn soluble protein was expressed by co-transfection of constructs encoding the FCGRT extracellular domain and B2M in HEK293T cells. The protein was eluted as a single peak from gel filtration on Superdex 200 column (GE Healthcare), and two bands showing FCGRT and B2M were evident by SDS-PAGE.
