Sample preparation: 10 μl of blood/sample was added to 70 μl of lysis buffer, and the mixture was incubated at 55°C for 10 min. Column preparation: 350 μl of buffer was added prior to centrifugation (1400 ×g, 3 min), and 40 μl of incubated lysis buffer/sample was added to the prepared column and incubated at room temperature for 3 min prior to centrifugation (1400 ×g, 3 min).
