BBR-mediated inhibition of influenza A virus is cell-type dependent. RT-qPCR analysis (black, left Y-axis) of cell culture supernatants infected with influenza A virus (IAV); tissue culture infectious dose (TCID₅₀) = 400/mL) with or without BBR. Control samples were treated in the same manner with the same volume of DMSO. XTT assay results (right Y-axis) are indicated in gray (A–C).
