Neurological deficits improve significantly faster in AmBleb treated animals compared to the control group. Cumulative analysis of general (A) and focal (B) deficit scores indicates significant difference between control and treated animals during the test period. Average scores of individual symptoms illustrate the details underlying the improvement in the neurological status (C-K). Cylinder test was conducted to investigate the locomotor assessment and significant improvement was observed between day 8 and day 11 (L).
