Effects of high insulin and resveratrol on AMPK phosphorylation and expression. Whole-cell lysates (15 µg) from L6 myotubes treated without (control, C) or with 100 nM insulin for 24 h (HI) in the absence or the presence of 25 μM resveratrol (RSV) were prepared, resolved by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted for phosphorylated thr¹⁷² or total AMPK.
