Table 1: For the Ontario column, the Measles, mumps and rubella row and the Diphtheria, tetanus (with/without pertussis) row should not contain the checkmark symbol, but should instead contain an X. Ontario pharmacists do not have authority to administer these vaccines.
Page 397: Under “Similarities, differences and decision making,” the fourth sentence of the fourth paragraph should instead read: “MB pharmacists may administer vaccines outside of the 5 publicly funded vaccines that they are approved for, if there is a valid prescription from another provider, but only in circumstances where the patient is not eligible for public funding for said vaccine.”
