COVID-19 data in the figure are now shown to three significant figures. In the sixth paragraph of the text, the second sentence has been corrected to “… even for those aged 20–29 years, once infected with SARS-CoV-2, the case fatality ratio is around three times higher than that of seasonal influenza in people aged 18–49 years.” These corrections have been made to the online version as of April 6, 2020, and will be made to the printed version.
