Children and teens 0–18 years of age are entitled to publically purchased vaccines from providers who are enrolled in their state’s VFC program if they are eligible for Medicaid, not covered by health insurance, American Indian/Alaska Native, or covered by private health insurance that does not pay all of the costs vaccines and administered vaccine doses at a Federally Qualified Health Center or Rural Health Center.
