In the article “IGSF1 Deficiency: Lessons From an Extensive Case Series and Recommendations for Clinical Management,” by Sjoerd Joustra (J Clin Endocrinol Metab. 101(4):1627–1636, 2016; doi:10.1210/jc.2015-3880; First published 3 February 2016), the authors report the following errors: The affiliation of Prof. Dr. Luca Persani is not only the University of Milan, but also the Instituto Auxologica Italiano. It should read: Division of Endocrine and Metabolic Disorders (M.B., L.P.), Instituto di Ricovero e Cura a Carettere Scientifico, Instituto Auxologica Italiano, 20132 Milan, Italy. In Supplemental Table 1, the nomenclature of two missense mutations is incorrect. They should read as follows: c.2705T>G, p.Met907Arg should be c.2720T>G, p.Met907Arg, and c.2710T>A, p.Phe909Ile should be c.2725T>A, p.Phe909Ile.
The authors regret these errors.
