The data in the rows for Total, Stage III, and Stage IV in Figure 1.2 on page 152 were not updated correctly when the figure was corrected to present Stage I and Stage II combined. The Stage III row was displaying the data for Stage IV, and both the Total row and the Stage IV row were displaying the data for Stage I. The correct figure is presented below.
