Histological appearance of dorsal skin in UVB irradiated hairless mice skin after the oral administration of ICP. After UV irradiation and the oral administration of ICP for 7 weeks, dorsal skin tissue was removed and (A) hematoxylin and eosin (H & E) staining small arrows indicate de-nucleated cells in the upper stratum spinosum (bar = 50 μm), (B) immunostaining with anti - laminin was performed.
