The control in each graph is the pathogen alone. Image analysis was used to measure growth area (cm²) of the pathogen on day 5 of the dual culture assays. All data are mean ± standard error, n = 5. Means that do not share a letter are significantly different. Significance was determined by one-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc test for pairwise comparison; p < 0.01 indicates significant inhibition difference between assay results.
