CORRIGENDUM FOR 10.1210/jc.2014-3969

In the article “Human HtrA4 Expression Is Restricted to the Placenta, Is Significantly Up-Regulated in Early-Onset Preeclampsia, and High Levels of HtrA4 Cause Endothelial Dysfunction” by Singh H, Zhao M, Chen Q, Wang Y, Li Y, Kaitu'u-Lino TJ, Tong S, Nie G (J Clin Endocrinol Metab. 2015;100(7):E936–E945; doi: 10.1210/jc.2014-3969) the authors report the following typographical error in the published paper:

In Materials and Methods, under Block RT-PCR analysis, the sentence describing HtrA4 primers should read “HtrA4 was amplified at 56°C for 30 cycles using primers 5′-GTCAGCACCAAACAGCG-3′ and 5′-GGAGATTCCATCAGTCACCC-3′.”The authors regret this error.
