On page 1 of the Word document, there is a description of the employed regression models. In the context of the main formula at the beginning, the definition of the second employed link function g(µ) was changed, reflecting that for the two binary outcomes we analyzed, the statistical model was changed during the review process upon request of the reviewers (from a logistic regression to a Poisson regression). In addition, the main formula has been edited in a mathematically equivalent way. A small number of typographical errors have been corrected in the Word file. Supplementary Table 2 was slightly moved to allow room for the legend. Finally, in Supplementary Figure 1, a typo in the axis annotations was corrected.
