Immunobiotic mediated inflammatory responses in the antigen presenting cells (APCs) of Payer’s patches. The APCs were seeded at 1 × 106 cells/well of 6-well plate and cultured with each bacterial strain (5 × 108 cells/well) separately for 24 h and the mRNA expressions of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12, IFN-β and IFN-γ) were analyzed with RT-qPCR. Data shown are the mean ±SD of 3 independent experiments performed in triplicates.
