MLR association. Notably, high MLR at first‐line therapy start was associated with one or more metastatic sites (p < .001), pattern of metastasis (p < .001), and primary tumor surgery not executed (p < .001; Fig. 3). Conversely, MLR was not associated with sidedness (p = .202).
