Knockdown of SIRPB1 PC3 cells or overexpression SIRPB1 C42 cells were harvested and lysed for the detection of the indicated protein expression by Western blot analysis. GAPDH was run for each individual experiment, representative results from at least two experimental replicates are shown. B. Knockdown SIRPB1 downregulated Akt phosphorylation, while overexpression of SIRPB1 upregulated Akt phosphorylation. Experiments were performed at least twice and results shown are representative.
