Abstract

Target enrichment of NGS libraries enables routine profiling of specific genomic regions within samples in a cost-effective manner. Pooling of NGS libraries ahead of target enrichment further improves the sequencing economy. Our team has developed library preparation to target enrichment reagents by leveraging 17+ years of DNA and protein production experience. We have developed 384 unique adaptor pairs with customization options (Ex: UMIs), and TRUE universal blockers using stringent QC, resulting in low cross-contamination. Leveraging our semiconductor DNA synthesis technology, we can deliver a tunable and highly efficient hybrid capture solution in a fast and cost-effective manner.
