To verify the completeness of inner TIL-SLNs, the enteric granules under high temperature, high humidity, and high light were ground by mortar and the powder was resuspended in water. Then, the mixture solution was filtered by 0.65 um filter and observed by SEM to verify the completeness of inner TIL-SLNs.
